We encourage you to come as you are. Our counselor's experiences enable us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. We provide a neutral and supportive ground to individuals and families who are needing assistance with life's problems.
Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. We believe each person has their own unique strengths, traits, and values and by identifying these and your goals towards life, we can find pathways for you to be your healthiest self. In our experience with effective research-based strategies, we can create a plan that is individualized to fit your desires for life. Our training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Art Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Mindfulness training, along with behavioral and family planning.
